When will my order be delivered?
We ship worldwide. Your order will be packaged really carefully and delivered wherever you want. Delivery takes between 5-7 business days. You will receive an e-mail after ordering with more information about the delivery.
Can I return my product?
Orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the parcel, providing they are in original resalable condition.

Email us at info@maisongrozavu.com and we will get back to you within one business day. We are based in Spain and answer in English, Spanish and Romanian.
What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?
Send us a photo at info@maisongrozavu.com within 14 days of delivery and we will replace the piece or refund you. You do not pay return shipping on a damaged item.
What if I paid too much?
Contact us with your order number. If you were charged incorrectly we refund the difference to the original payment method, usually within five business days.
