This page explains how to delete your account for the Grozavu app (Google Play developer: GrozavuShop) and the maisongrozavu.com store. The app and the website share the same customer account.

How to request deletion

In the Grozavu app: open Account → Profile → Request account deletion. This sends us your deletion request from your account email.

By email: write to info@maisongrozavu.com from the email address of your account, with the subject “Delete my account”.

We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What we delete

• Your customer account: name, email address, phone number and saved addresses
• Grozavu Club points and referral data
• Newsletter and marketing preferences
• Return requests that are already closed

What we keep, and for how long

Order and invoice records (items, amounts, billing and shipping details) are kept only for as long as Spanish tax and accounting law requires, up to 6 years, and are then deleted. They are not used for marketing.

Data on your phone

Your bag, saved pieces and recently viewed items are stored only on your phone. Signing out of the app removes your sign-in from the phone; uninstalling the app removes everything else.

Borramos tu cuenta, direcciones, puntos y preferencias en un plazo de 30 días; los pedidos y facturas se conservan solo el tiempo que exige la ley (hasta 6 años).
